Public domain magic! Studios, corporations, and copyright attorneys alike fear its destructive potential; yet for us ordinary consumers it has only ever proven beneficial, providing access to legendary properties while making possible radical adaptations that defy recognition and canon. (DC's beloved Superman will follow suit by 2034; although his fall will likely be more complicated.) As is evident with Winnie the Pooh just two years ago, his beloved character inspired an explosion of knockoff (and frankly terrible) B-movie horror flicks such as "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey", while an entire shared universe may soon follow suit.

Just when you thought the Hundred Acre Wood would be safe again. Variety revealed the shocking and disturbing news that the creators behind "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey" plan on unleashing their dark brand of horror across an even wider spectrum. Look out, Marvel Cinematic Universe; there's a new game in town. May we introduce the "Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble," our campy shared universe that brings beloved animated characters like Winnie the Pooh, Bambi, Tinkerbell, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Tigger Piglet Piglet The Mad Hatter and Sleeping Beauty -- or more accurately their murderous versions -- together in one unholy place of bad taste and unchecked creativity!

Prepare for Monsters Assemble in Poohniverse

There's bad taste, and then there's whatever this might be supposed to be. Artists taking back part of IP have reached an extreme point; creators behind an extremely disturbing rendition of Winnie the Pooh are coming back for another bite at it, this time taking aim at all forms of media that depict Winnie. Horror partners Jagged Edge Productions and ITN Studios have come together once more for an Avengers-level extravaganza with all of the children's characters currently available with "Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble." Jagged Edge co-founder Scott Chambers noted: The crossover will be preceded by several standalone movies due out over the course of next year, including: Bambi: The Reckoning", Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare", Pinocchio Unstrung" and this month's "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey", all part of Jagged Edge Entertainment and owned by Disney/Marvel/Pixar/Marvel Studios/Marvel Worldwide Productions/Warner Brothers Entertainment Inc (JAGDITC/WM/Jan). Jagged Edge co-Founder Scott Chambers elaborates by saying in statement. Chambers added. "

"Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble," one of the lowest budget cinematic universes you will encounter, promises an unpredictable yet low budget storyline loosely described as:...the monsters join together against survivors from earlier films", leading into a "monster vs monster" grudge match that promises midnight screening delight for certain moviegoers. Chambers will reprise his role from previous Winnie the Pooh films as Christopher Robin alongside Megan Plactio as Wendy Darling from Winnie and Roxanne Mckee (xana from "Game of Thrones") Roxanne Mckee as Roxanne Mckee as Roxanne Mckee from Game of Thrones) Roxanne Mckee as Roxanne Mckee as Roxanne Mckee from Game of Thrones), Lewis Santer as Tigger from Lewis Santer; both roles will subsequently hit theaters sometime between 2025-2026!
